This work depicts the mistakes made in the workplace, the subsequent harsh guidance, and instances of chain harassment. It unfolds the story of a woman who, after making a significant error, continues to face unfair treatment from those around her while her boss responds to her mistake.

First, she makes a serious error at work, resulting in her becoming the target of guidance and warnings from her boss. While the pressure from this boss seems constructive at first glance, it is actually excessive, and the male colleagues around her take the opportunity to join in on bullying and harassment.
